Chocolate Upside Down Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    1/2 c. nuts, optional
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, baking powder and brown sugar.
    Add the milk, melted butter and nuts.
    Spread in an 8 inch pan.
    Mix together the granulated sugar and cocoa and spread over mixture in pan.
    Pour the hot water over all.
    Bake 30-35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cake will rise to the top of pan with sauce on the bottom. Serve warm with ice cream.
