Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 mango pepper, cut fine
    1 (8 oz.) jar hot pepper (pour its juice - 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. onion, cut fine
    1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
    1 c. sweet milk (1/2 buttermilk and 1/2 sweet)
    1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into well-greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, or about 30 minutes.
