Graham Cracker Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 24 crackers)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. black walnut extract
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, well beaten until thick and lemon colored
    3/4 c. milk
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Line 18 (2 3/4-inch) muffin pan wells with paper baking cups or grease bottoms of wells.
    Set aside.
