Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour or Bisquick
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Pour melted margarine over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
