Bob Evans Salad House Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion juice or flakes
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, mustard, onions and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
    Mix well with electric mixer.
    When well mixed, add oil slowly; beat constantly.
    Will be very thick.
    Add rest of vinegar and lemon juice.
    Continue to beat.
    Stir in celery seed and store in refrigerator.
