Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. clam juice (reserved from canned clams)
    1 round sourdough loaf of bread
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Add all ingredients and stir.
    (Extra flavor if made ahead of time.)
    Cut the top off the round bread.
    Remove and chunk the bread inside, leaving a shell.
    Pour dip into bread shell; replace round top of bread again.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    After removing bread from oven, place on platter and scatter chunks of bread around.
    Cube the round bread top after baking.
