Steak With Anchovy Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 oz. can anchovy fillets, drained
4 Tbsp. oleo, softened
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 lb. top round steak, 1 1/2-inches thick
Preparation

Prepare grill for barbecuing.
In a small bowl with fork mash anchovies with the next 5 ingredients until well mixed; set aside. Place steak on grill until desired doneness, turning occasionally.
Remove steak to cutting board.
With metal spatula, spread top of steak with anchovy butter.
