Pineapple Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked) or 1 pkg. Minute rice
    1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook rice and drain well.
    Make a syrup, mix pineapple (including juice), sugar and butter in saucepan.
    Place over heat and bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Mix with cooked rice and put in a buttered casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
