Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks or filets
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. melted butter (optional)
    blackening seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine the Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, paprika and butter in baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat both sides with seasoning. Sprinkle with salt and blackening seasoning, if desired.
