Sauteed Shrimp-N-Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh, peeled shrimp, raw
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    yellow or white rice, cooked
    1 (14.5 oz.) can sliced stewed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato juice
    dash of Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in skillet, saute onions and garlic. Add Italian seasoning, then saute shrimp in onion mixture. After shrimp have cooked 2 to 5 minutes, add tomatoes, tomato juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 to 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice.
