Blender Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn (partially thawed)
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Melt butter or mayonnaise in casserole and set aside.
    Place in blender 1 cup milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt.
    Blend until mixed.
    Add corn (chop mixture lightly).
    Add 1 cup milk to mixture.
    Pour into casserole.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Stir twice during baking.
