Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can mushrooms
    16 oz. spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can green chilies
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 bag nacho flavored Doritos
    1 jar salsa
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Drain.
    Add 1 can chopped mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and chopped green chilies together.
    Grate Monterey Jack cheese.
