Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add sour cream, vanilla and zucchini and mix.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa.
Add to zucchini mixture and mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
