Spicy Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small to medium red potatoes, halved or quartered
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. light oil (any kind)
    1 (8 oz.) jar medium hot salsa
    1 large tomato, chunked
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cilantro
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes, water and oil approximately 5 to 10 minutes or until just tender (do not overcook).
    Drain.
    Combine cilantro, potatoes, tomatoes and green onions; cook for 1 minute to warm.
    Add salsa; stir and serve warm or cool.
    Can be rewarmed as necessary.
    Easy and fast.
