Italian Chopped Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
    4 large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow), chopped
    4 oz. dry salami, chopped
    1 c. garbanzo beans
    4 1/2 oz. Mozzarella, diced
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1/2 c. chopped green olives
    3/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dried basil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    pinch of sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend oil with next 5 ingredients in small bowl and pour over salad and toss.
