Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. raisins or currants
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in remaining ingredients just until blended.
    Divide dough into 4 parts.
    On a floured board, pat each part into a circle 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut circles into quarters and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 16 scones.
