Come On Over Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 egg whites, beaten
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Crush crackers.
    Mix with nuts and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites and sugar with vanilla.
    Fold cracker mixture into egg whites; bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Cool completely.
