Rummy Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 2-inch strips
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    1/2 c. rum
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Combine butter, orange juice and rum and pour over chicken.
    Salt and pepper chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Baste 2 or 3 times while cooking. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
