Agnes' Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed banana
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar, then add beaten eggs.
    Beat in dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Add bananas and nuts last.
    Beat just enough to mix in well.
    Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
