Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 big potatoes, peeled and cooked about 20 minutes
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Refrigerate potatoes overnight.
    Grate potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Excellent side dish to go with ham.
