Chicken And Sausage Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer seasoned with Tony Chachere's
1 lb. smoked sausage (cut in 1/2 inch slices)
1 large diced onion
1 medium diced bell pepper
3 to 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil on medium-high in deep skillet.
Brown chicken and sausage in vegetable oil.
Remove meat from skillet.
Brown onions and bell pepper in skillet with meat drippings until soft and clear.
Drain excess oil; add water to browned onions and meat drippings.
Stir until nothing sticks to bottom of skillet.
Add chicken and sausage back in skillet.
Cook on low to medium until chicken is done.
