Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. hot water
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 small onion, grated
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Mix with rest of ingredients. Pour in mold and refrigerate.
Serve as an appetizer.
