Alta Christensen'S Fall Medley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small potatoes
    1 c. peas
    6 carrots, cut in chunks
    1 small cauliflower, broken in flowerets
    1/2 lb. Kraft or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler with 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour over cooked vegetables in casserole dish.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Delicious served with hot bran or whole wheat muffins.
