Molded Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    3 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
    1/2 small onion, grated
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water and cooled
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise.
    Add salt and add to Jell-O.
    Beat smooth with mixer.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix well and put in a well buttered mold or pan.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
