Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken stock (use 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 c. water)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. cooked, chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Continue stirring while adding chicken stock.
    Stir until smooth and well mixed.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add half and half and broccoli.
    Serve when hot.
