Tangy Apricot Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. baby back pork loin ribs
    1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place ribs in large roasting pan.
    Whisk preserves and next 3 ingredients until blended; pour over ribs.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove ribs from marinade, reserving marinade in a small saucepan.
    Line baking pan with foil; add ribs and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
    Bring marinade to a boil; cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Bake ribs at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender, basting frequently with marinade.
