Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 medium chopped onion
shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can tomato paste
1 can crushed tomatoes
Preparation

Cut zucchini long ways and hollow out.
Take seeds out if too big.
Chop and set aside.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain. Cook chopped zucchini until water is cooked out; drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasoning.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Fill zucchini boats.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
Uncover.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bake until melted. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
