Calvin'S Lo-Cal Fruit Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches or pineapple, do not drain (use diet can fruit or fresh)
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk solids
1/2 pt. dietetic vanilla ice cream, break up into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Using blender, place all ingredients in, using \"whip\" speed. Blend well for 25 seconds.
Yields 5 servings.
