Bacon Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon (regular sliced or thick)
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper (I use 1/2 this amount)
    3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 box crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
Preparation
    Slice bacon in half.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add cider vinegar and dry ingredients; beat lightly.
    Dip bacon in egg mixture and roll in cracker crumbs.
    Keep egg mixture foamy.
