Shrimp And Pistachio Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 (4.25 oz.) can tiny shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese, lemon juice and onion powder in blender; cover and blend on high speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into small bowl.
    Rinse and drain shrimp.
    Stir shrimp and nuts into cottage cheese mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Serve with assorted crackers or potato chips.
