Pork Chops And Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thick cut pork chops
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. beer
    1 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil *
Preparation
    Mix together garlic, salt, pepper and caraway seed and rub into chops.
    Dredge in flour.
    Brown chops in oil at high temperature to seal in juices.
    Remove chops from pan.
    Set aside and keep warm.
    Add beer to pan chops were browned in, scraping sides to loosen brown bits.
    Simmer at high heat until reduced by half.
    Reduce temperature to low heat, add beef broth, mustard and reduce to half.
    Return chops to pan; cover and cook for 45 minutes at moderate heat until sauce thickens.
    Serve.
