Yum Yum Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (17 oz. each) cans yams, well drained
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased baking dish, arrange yams in 1 layer.
    In large skillet over medium heat, bring remaining ingredients to boil.
    Stirring frequently, boil 10 minutes or until thick and syrupy.
    Pour over yams.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven, basting often, 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Spoon into serving dish.
    Garnish with orange slices.
    Makes 12 servings.
