Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. oil
5 tsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 medium onion (1-inch pieces)
1/2 lb. fresh broccoli (1-inch pieces)
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Mix 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in small bowl.
Add chicken.
Stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes.
