Good Friday Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole wheat noodles (egg noodles can be used)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. yogurt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 c. raisins or pitted prunes
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. croutons or bread cubes
Preparation
    Cook noodles in water with oil until tender; drain.
    Put back in pan; add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Heat thoroughly. Top with croutons and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
