Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 med cans shrimp
    2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. shrimp juice
Preparation
    Over low heat, blend in a saucepan the soup, gelatine and cream cheese (cream cheese should be room temperature and cut in small pieces), stir ingredients until well blended; add juice from shrimp.
    Remove from heat and add onion celery and shrimp; add mayonnaise and stir until all ingredients are well blended.
    Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate.
    Serve with favorite snack crackers.
