Cake With A Twist - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. grated raw carrot
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix together the oil and flour.
Add half the dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Beat in the carrots, apple, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and beat well after each addition.
Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Cake can be frosted, but it is good as is.
