Cornish Hens(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Cornish hen
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. instant chicken flavor bouillon
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cut hen in half. Sprinkle with salt.
    In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook hen until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Stir in bouillon and 1 cup water.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15 minutes. In cup, mix flour and 1 tablespoon water.
    Gradually stir into liquid in skillet. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Contains 245 calories. Serves 2.
