Steak Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. russet potatoes, baked, chopped
    8 oz. cooked steak or roast beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    Salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs
