Creamy Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1-2 Tbsp. sour cream or yogurt
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan.
    Add and saute carrots. Sprinkle sugar over carrots to glaze.
    Add flour, curry powder and broth.
    Bring to a boil while stirring.
    Remove from heat and puree in blender until smooth.
    Add salt to taste, and sour cream or yogurt.
    Pour into soup bowls and serve immediately.
    Serves 2.
