Calico Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped carrots (raw)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 green or red pepper, chopped
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 large can French cut green beans, drained
1 small can peas
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil
together\tfor
1\tminute\tthe last 5 ingredients. When cool,
pour
over vegetables and marinate.\tServes 10 to 12. Keeps 3 weeks.
