Chess-Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
prepared pie crust
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small mixer bowl, beat egg yolks, sugar, flour and salt on medium until thick.
On low speed, blend in whipping cream and vanilla.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into crust and bake 50 minutes.
