2 c. White Lily self-rising flour
1/4 c. Crisco
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Sift flour. Work Crisco into flour. Add buttermilk. Mix well. Roll out on floured board and cut 12 (2-inch) biscuits. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Butter while hot.
