Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    3 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. pecans, finely ground
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and blend in sugar.
    Add vanilla and blend in, then
    add
    flour and pecans; mix well.
    Chill batter for a couple of\thours and form into small individual balls.
    Place them on greased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
    Bake in slow 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0
    oven\t25
    minutes.
    When
    cookies cool, roll in confectioners sugar.
    Makes 40 cookies.
