Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 cubes oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cheese, grated
    1 onion, diced
    1 carton sour cream
    2 c. crushed Post Toasties
Preparation
    Spread frozen hash browns in large baking dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt 1 cube oleo.
    Add cream of chicken, cheese, onion and sour cream.
    Mix well and spread over potatoes.
    Melt 1 cube oleo and Post Toasties and spread this over the top of the potato mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
