Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen Alaskan King crabmeat or snow crabmeat or 3/4 lb. imitation crab blend
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw crabmeat; drain.
    Separate into small pieces and mix 1/2 cup soaked bread crumbs, eggs, mayo and parsley.
    Put into 1-quart greased casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
