Lyonnaise Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 potatoes
    butter or bacon fat
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Melt butter or fat in heavy skillet.
    Add potatoes.
    Stir one time, adding more fat if potatoes stick.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
    Uncover, season and cook over high heat for another 10 minutes.
    Turn often now until brown.
