Onion Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cube melted butter

Preparation

Dice potatoes into small cubes, leaving the skins on.
In a casserole dish, place cubed potatoes and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
Pour melted butter over the cubed potatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
