Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 to 9 oz. Cool Whip
chopped peanuts
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
graham cracker pie crusts (one 9-inch, two 8-inch)
Preparation

Whip cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and sugar.
Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Freeze until firm and serve.
For storage longer than 4 to 6 hours, wrap well for freezing.
