Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
stock of celery or celery salt
4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli and celery together. Chop or run through food chopper. Cook milk, butter, cornstarch and seasoning until smooth. Add cheese and mix; add broccoli and simmer.
Serves 4 to 6.
