    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dried cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Pour into pie crust and make braid top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
